Welcome to Good Job Barber. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Good Job Barber. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this website, you represent that you are legally permitted to make purchases through this website or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
Good Job Barber offers apparel, accessories, pins, headwear, merchandise, and other products.
Certain products may be produced or released in limited quantities. Product availability is not guaranteed, and items may sell out without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify products, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, descriptions, and details accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and the device or screen being used.
3. PRICING
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Good Job Barber reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed unless an obvious pricing or listing error occurred.
Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges may be calculated and added during checkout.
4. PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time an order is placed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may be processed through Shopify or other authorized payment providers.
An order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully authorized.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise present a legitimate security concern.
5. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All Good Job Barber sales are final.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer purchasing errors, except where required by applicable law.
If an item arrives visibly damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, the customer must contact Good Job Barber within 24 hours of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
Approved claims are eligible for an exchange or replacement only, subject to product availability, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Items submitted for an exchange must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition.

6. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please verify your:
Name • Street Address • Apartment/Unit Number • City • State • ZIP/Postal Code • Country
Good Job Barber is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you discover an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided with the order, Good Job Barber is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen.
Customers experiencing a delivery issue should contact the applicable shipping carrier and follow its claim or investigation procedures.
Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
8. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.
For this reason, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it generally cannot be canceled.
9. LIMITED-RELEASE PRODUCTS
Some Good Job Barber merchandise may be produced as limited releases.
Purchasing an item does not guarantee that the same item, size, color, or design will be available for future replacement or exchange.
If an approved exchange involves a sold-out product, Good Job Barber may offer another available resolution consistent with applicable law.
10. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes may have specific eligibility requirements and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. Good Job Barber reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions when necessary, including in cases of technical errors or misuse.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, Good Job Barber branding, logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content, and other original website materials are owned by or licensed to Good Job Barber and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
